20.04.17 | Upcoming events
From the 5th May 2017 we will be holding drop-in exhibitions of the emerging plans for the Canada Water Masterplan. This follows a review over the past year where the team has been developing understanding of, and looking at alternative approaches for, some of the key issues raised.
The revised plans will be on display for community feedback and will include an interactive model. British Land and the project team will be on hand to discuss the scheme with you and answer any questions.

09.03.17 | Project update
Following the February 2016 Draft Masterplan Consultation, discussions with key statutory stakeholders and potential occupiers, the project team have been busy in the background and are working on a revised masterplan. The masterplan review is taking a fresh look at the plans to ensure the most is made of the opportunities that the combined site now provide; challenging earlier design assumptions, looking at ways to respond further to consultation and researching new innovative approaches.
In this time the team has also been speaking to potential occupiers, have purchased the historic dock offices and have been working on some exciting projects locally.
We’ll be back in spring 2017 to share the updated plans – please contact us to register for updates.
